It was a wonderful hotel experience. The rooms were very nice and clean. I had some delicious meals at the restaurant. Prisulla, who works at the restaurant, was very friendly, and her recommendations for what to order were spot-on. Nous tenons particulièrement à remercier **Mademoiselle Syeda** pour son hospitalité exceptionnelle. Elle était chaleureuse, gentille, professionnelle et incroyablement serviable tout au long de notre visite. Son souci du détail et son attention sincère nous ont fait sentir les bienvenus et bien pris en charge. L'hôtel était confortable, adapté aux familles et magnifiquement entretenu. Nos enfants ont apprécié le séjour et nous nous sommes tous sentis détendus et valorisés. Merci, Mademoiselle SYEDA, d'avoir rendu notre visite en famille si agréable et mémorable. We had a lovely stay at Ty Newport for our anniversary - room was really lovely, we prefer this hotel to the other Celtic manor hotels we have stayed at! Bed was super comfy and everything was presented nice. We had the two absolute angels, Syeda and Brenda checking us in - they were not only kind and patient with us, but were so sweet and accommodating! We had a little chat and a laugh, which made our experience all the more enjoyable. Thank you both for helping us sort out swimming, and for making our anniversary that bit more special. Tŷ Newport has my heart! I returned back from my first visit from March 2025 and I decided to bring my business partner for the peace and quiet we can't get in London and good ole Manchester. Thank you to Syeda for her amazing, welcoming assistance when we arrived from the ICC, and to the wonderful Gwen for going above and beyond to help us secure our business items. The morning breakfast crew—especially Tomasz and my favourite women-led chef 👩🏾🍳 —were the amazing, Incredibly attentive, friendly, and they even remembered my veggie sausages! Thank you all again.
